A man goes to the doctor. He says "Doctor, Doctor. Life has no meaning. Every day I am depressed. Each day is 10X worse than the last. My wife doesn't do it for me anymore and my kids live 5.5 states away and sob they never answer the phone anymore (too busy texting and googling I think). I just don't know what to do." The doctor looks up and says "Ah! I know just the thing. The circus is in town. The great clown Pagliaci is quite an act. You should go see the show and it will cheer you right up." The man looks at him and says "But Doctor! You dont understand at all. I am Pagliaci!!"
