Want more stimulation

I find that often when I'm getting head I don't feel enough "stimulation". I guess you could call it texture maybe. Masturbating causes enough texture but head just doesn't do it for me. Any suggestions you have that I can tell my girlfriend to fix this problem? Saying. "Tell her to use her hand" is not helpful because I want more "texture" near the head of my penis. She also has trouble getting more than the head of my penis in her mouth cause I'm fairly girthy. Any help will be thoroughly appreciated.
