Counselling in Montreal?

Hi r/montreal,

I recently moved here from out west, and I'm having some problems adjusting. I'd like to go speak with someone about how I'm feeling, but I don't have any coverage here (still have my health care card from my home province), and money is tight. I know at home a few places offer sliding scale counselling, but I don't know where to start looking for something similar here.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.
