Problem with BF3 Shortcut unlock on PS3?

I bought the shortcut package on PSN and nothing is unlocked. I re-downloaded the DLC from BF3 store on the PS3 and from PSN store and install them and still nothing is unlocked. Anyone run into similar issue?

PS. I know I am going to be called a cheater and get downvoted like crazy but I play BF3 maybe 1 hour a week max and wanted to experiment with different weapons and stuff.
