I have A Nexus 4 Complaint that i haven't seen mentioned Anywhere Yet. Am I the only one?

Switched from the iPhone4s to the Nexus 4 and there is a lot I like about it but one of the biggest things I was looking forward to after using a friend's Droid's (GS3, Razr) was a strong vibrate. Sadly the Nexus4 vibrate is pathetic. While it is on a table it wont even vibrate enough to hear it. I miss a ton of calls and notifications because of it. Anyone else notice this?

**EDIT - My point came across entirely wrong, I don't want to hear my vibration, I was just attempting to demonstrate that the vibrate is not strong enough to move the phone thus making a noise on the table, let alone in my pocket so i can feel it.

*Random but I also don't like the hoops you have to jump through just to get decent battery life. iPhone was a lot better at this IMO.
