Having trouble port-forwarding with new router

I've been able to port-forward numerous times on different routers. Recently we got a new mode/router combination from our ISP. This isn't the first modem/router combination I've had so I don't think that's the issue. Anyway... onto the problem.

I type in 192.168.0.1 and can navigate the router settings just fine... up until I click virtual servers in the firewall tab. Once I click virtual servers it's like "nope." It will load the page eventually... After it's loaded I click add virtual server and after another 5 minutes the screen pops up. After I enter all the information and click submit it takes 5 minutes to refresh and my entry is not there. I don't know what the deal is. I have an ARRIS router.
