Have you seen a pattern for these?

Hi all,

While clothes shopping for my toddler son, I always look at the hat/scarf/mitt section for inspiration. Recently I have been seeing many pairs of -- for lack of a formal name -- convertible mittens. Have you seen these? They look like mittens, but the finger part opens to expose fingerless/half finger mitts. I love these, and would love to make a few pairs for the special little ones in my life (or even the smart phoneaholics!)

I haven't attempted a search on Ravelry yet, since I don't know if they do have a formal name. I was hoping you all could point me in the right direction.
