MFA: Advice on this type of shoes (Richelieu?)?

Hey MFA! I reallly really reeeeeeally like this kind of shoes but can't seem to find them (in France) at an abordable price. Do any of you know a good place that offer the same type of shoes at a good bargain?I'm thinking like maximum 100E for a pair of shoes, no way I'd pay more than that :) Thanks.
