Another one of these sappy posts

not exactly sappy, i just need some advice on a girl i met like 8 months ago. first off, she is one of the only two girls i text, and i have a decent amount of friends but i hate texting, except i have no classes with her so we text like 2-3 times a week. Now, the first time i ever talked to her, a while ago, she said i was cute blah blah so i got her number and yeah, now we are pretty decent friends, and i have had like 4-5 conversations in real life, went decent. see, icant tell what she thinks of me through texts like apparently a lot of other people can. last wednesday we spent about two hours talking about yoga pants and underwear, i dont even know. now i talked to her for like 3 hrs yesterday, where she was talking about how people that like her end up liking her friend so i said i dont know, me and my friend are pretty similar but it doesnt happen for us, then i threw in a joke like "implying any girl has had a crush on me that wasnt an asian, once" and her response was "Ahaha hope you have a thing for asians then" so i have no idea what it means, shes cool as a friend and i dont really want a gf, but its interesting to see, so does anyone know what in the world is going on tldr-girls weird texts, im kind of socially inept to figure anything out
