How do I hyperlink normal text?

For example, I want the text "GLaDOS" to link to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GLaDOS but I don't want the actual hyperlink (the http:) in the text, just the word GLaDOS. How would I do that?

(Don't ask why I chose that.)
