Can anyone make a glass pipe for my Reddit Secret Santa match? Discounted in the spirit of giving?

Hello my fellow Portlanders. I signed up for the Reddit Secret Santa and have been matched with an ent. I'm not much of a smoker myself, but I thought it would be super cool to be able to get them a custom pipe made that incorporated some of their interests (Dachshunds, Reddit, Pin-Up Girls).

So, I know Portland is full of talented artists. Anyone know someone who would be willing to make a custom piece, potentially at a discount, in the spirit of giving?

For perspective, this pipe would cost me $65 with shipping and all, and that's definitely out of my price range.
