Questions about Army Navy and Marines

I have cleft lip and palate. So I have to get reconstructive surgery. I wanted to know would me having surgeries disqualify me for anything. I am doing ROTC next year. I have asked several people in the military they said it will be hard to get in to a branch because i have had so many surgeries is that true. I want to serve and am able bodied.
