How to find out the Shipping time frame that was presented by Google while ordering Nexus 4?

I ordered a nexus 4 this past week on 28th Nov in the noon at around 4 pm CST.

Now i cannot remember what was the Shipping time frame provided while ordering,I need to know it cause I read on sites that shipping times were changing the hours went by....

I purchased this phone as a gift for my SO who is in India , m leaving for India on 15th december and i really wish to recieve it before that! i want to bring this phone as a personal item to avoid payment of duties or else when i return , i will have to ship it via fedex and pay 100$ is shippig [still a steal compared to the price in India of any phone for that matter] but penny saved is penny earned and i wanna surprise her!
