I could use some help with VLOOKUP

Sorry in advance that this is so long...

I am doing an assignment for my college Intro to Computer Systems class and am having trouble using the VLOOKUP function. I've looked up help online and tried different things but have had no luck. Here is what I am trying to do:

For this assignment there is a farmer who has some cows and I'm supposed to be trying to find out which feed each individual cow needs based on their weight.

I have first created a lookup table, in one column I have the name of the each of the feeds (Formula A, Formula B, etc.) and in the second column I have the weight range that corresponds to each feed (60-75, 76-90, etc.) The actual table has a list of the cows then the second to last column has each cow's birth weight. The final column is where I have to put the formula that will determine which feed each cow needs.

Could someone please help me determine what my formula would be? I've tried to look up what goes where when creating the VLOOKUP formula but have been having a hard time getting it to work.
