What's your saddest memory and your happiest memory? Don't want this thread to get depressing.

My saddest was probably either when my parents divorced, (I was 6), or when my cat that I've had my whole life died on my 9th birthday, which was also my golden birthday. I spent the whole day with my twin sister petting my elderly cat and telling him it was okay to let go and that he was the best cat ever.

My happiest memory was when I got my two kittens, Graham and Hershey.

(And yes, we did have a cat named Marshmallow.)
