[Calculus 1] Evaluating Definite Integral

integral from 0 to 3: 2|x^2 -4|dx

I'm able to do all the others, but I don't know how to do the ones with absolute value functions in it. I tried splitting it into a piecewise function and evaluating from there to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.
