New c7 Corvette 5.5 liter v8 engine is going to get 30+ MPG.

so i received the january 2013 issue of Car and Driver. the main article in the issue discusses about the 2013 corvette. the new engine is going to feature direct injection, variable valve timing, and cylinder deactivation. also the new corvette is getting a 7 speed manual transmission, and it doesnt look like its going to receive the dual clutch transmission like everyone thought it was. if you havnt gotten this issue of car and driver, i would highly reccomend you do so to read all about the new car.
