New Gigabyte mobo. No flashing power LED during sleep mode.

Just built a system using a GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 motherboard. The only thing I'm having trouble with is that the power LED on the case doesn't flash during sleep mode. I'm just used to every computer I've ever used indicating whether it's sleeping or off so it's bothering me. Can't find any settings in the BIOS to change this. Is this something I just have to live with?
