Gaining no XP after matches

I have been playing this game since release and I love it, but in my past few matches I haven't been gaining XP. The game completely skips the XP screen and go's right on to the screen where you pick the next map. I checked in the spartan hub (where it shows your level up progress) and I haven't gained any XP at all. I doubt I reached the XP cap since I only progressed 3 levels since I started playing.
