Another "small" subreddit I used to be a part of had a constant "live video chat" feature. Would that be reasonable here, or would any of you be interested?

I'm not sure how many people are subbed or active in the other subreddit because they don't tell you.

Anyway there was some link in the sidebar to an external source that was a chat room dedicated to that subreddit. Everyone there had common interests and, although I hardly used it, it was a good time when I did. I don't know if it would mean a lot more work for the mods. I don't know if it would really even be that active.

I just thought it might be cool if people wanted to chat about what they are using, have drip sessions with other people, and maybe make some friends or something. Face to face (well, you know what I mean) rather than through text.

Just a thought.
