Dealing with frustration.

Hey guys I'm having some trouble keeping my frustration at bay. I'm on a long string of really bad matches lately after working hard at getting my K/D positive. It tanked really early on since my skill level isn't high. It's more in the midrange. Anyway I'm digressing.

How do you guys handle your frustration during dry spells?
