Help needed for my project - 'Face Timelapse'

So, I started a 'take a photo of yourself every day' project about a month ago. And instead of just storing my pictures i have also posted them on Facebook. Now, a bunch of friends began asking questions like "are you going to make a video in the end?" or "MAKE A FREAKKIN' VIDEO!!" Problem is that i do not have a tripod (not quite sure if that's what it's called..), and all of the pictures have been taken handheld resulting that the pictures have been shot from various distances from my face:(.. Anyway, i was wondering if any of you know about some program that can fix my face in the middle of the video and crop the sides of the images in an easy way, so that i won't have to do it manually.
