Coxswains: Am I the only one that hates Vespolis?

I'm talking about comfort level, specifically 4+s. Really, no boat is comfortable, but Vespos are really just painful. Then, there's also the V1 8+. Even the tiniest coxswain in our club has trouble fitting into the seat (it's too narrow and too short). One of our womens' coxes actually complained of hip pain from being too cramped in the seat, and she's at most 5'0". Just wondering if I'm alone in the opinion that they are painful, or if you have a way to fix it (maybe in the 4+?). Have they fixed it (we have older boats)?
