I'm looking for a gaming/college laptop for up to 1200$/800 GBP/4000 PLN in Poland/UK

I don't have any preference towards OS/screen size/keyboard/touchpad etc. I would like the laptop to run new games like Assasins Creed III and Far Cry 3. I do a lot of programming/modelling hence a quad core processor would be an advantage.

I'm from Poland but I study in the UK so if someone is in a similar situation and has some experience: is it better to buy a Laptop in UK or Poland ?
