Problem with iTunes, won't open even after I uninstalled and reinstalled.

This has gone on for awhile now. I gave up about a month ago because I never really needed it, but now updating my phone, I got it back (with a newer version) and it still isn't working.

It downloads and installs fine, which is the most annoying part.

I'm told (by windows) the problem event name is: BEX

and the fault module name is: QuickTime.qts_unloaded
