Engagement Pictures that need WORK!

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to put together an album of engagement pictures for my brother and his fiance, but unfortunately all the pictures that were taken that night turned out to be very blurry, and therefore unusable. I am not extremely experienced with photoshop and thought that somebody could help me out as this is very important to my brother. Here are the pictures (any help would be greatly appreciated):
