Question on password recovery

hey guys i got a quick question. Ive played Runescape on and off since 2007 on the same account. Right now im on the "off" part of that cycle and its been about a year or so id say. Ive kept my membership payment on this whole time since i knew id probably pick it up and play it for a little bit again, but when i tried to login today and check things out, i was unable to and my email address isnt registered to the account anymore. Someones been playing on it, So, I went to the account recovery forums etc etc, and sent an email to accounthelp@jagex.com with the form that they require you to copy and paste, and im just wondering how long does it take on average for them to respond?

tl;dr Quit playing for a year, tried to logon. pass and email address were changed for the account so i sent an email to get it recovered. How long does it usually take for a response?
