Browser problem

Quick problem, or rather a feature I must have accidentally turned on. Whenever I try to drag and drop from the browser, it will auto-hide. Just as well, whenever a new window for anything is opened it will appear in FL as if the browser isn't there and appear partially behind it. Hope you guys can help!
