I wouldn't normally come around and post from my blog, yet I am trying to reach out here and get some feedback.

The details of my adoption are no secret, yet I don't make them clear in this post. After almost an entire pregnancy of standing by my birth parents' sides, my parents finally got to take me home. My adoption was finalized just 8 months after I was born. I have never known any other family except the one I live with, however....I do keep light contact with my birth parents because it was an open adoption.

I may come off a bit too proud in the blog, but it is because I am proud of my family and the adoption.

I don't quite know what to expect of responses. But I hope they are positive. Thanks for accepting me for who I am.
