What would r/housing recommend I do with a degree in housing studies & residential building technology?

Hello r/housing, I will soon graduate with a B.S. degree in housing studies and building technology with a minor in architecture. I'm aware there are a lot of ways I can go with this degree and was hoping for some of your input.

About the major: In short, the housing studies program core focuses on "people, place, and policy" – students spend their first few years studying issues related to housing such as the infamous housing market, housing policy, community development, the social environment of housing, sustainability, design, and construction. Students then choose a concentration and associated minor to further their technical housing knowledge. I chose building science and building technology with a minor in architecture. Lots of design and engineering courses my final years.

So, what would you all do with this degree? Thanks for the input everyone!
