190 to 133 lbs 26y/o Female
Hey everybody. I lurk on another account but made a new one especially for this. I wanted to share, as throughout my journey I have watched others go through transformations that served as my inspiration. I worked hard, and it's been a long journey, one that I feel isn't yet complete.
As title states, I'm 26 years old, female, and I went from 190 pounds and weigh 133 pounds today. I did it through mostly entirely diet. I got a gym membership for 18 months and used it for only probably 6 months, but during those six months I ran on the elliptical for about 45 minutes every other day. The last four months I have done no exercise at all but lost the last 15 pounds without it and sticking strictly to my diet. I don't think I could have done it without a smartphone, I used it for tracking calories and keeping tabs on what things I ate had what kind of calories in it. Anytime I was at work and somebody had goodies sitting on the counter behind me I whipped out my phone and calculated how many calories was in stuff so I could keep a running total throughout the day. The longer I dieted the less I have needed to whip out the phone. Now I keep a total in my head and I am fairly comfortable eating every day without having to write stuff down or keep tabs on exactly how many calories are in things. My diet is probably pretty unconventional, and I'm sure I'll have quite a few of you ragging on me, but... I basically only eat twice a day. Breakfast is a few swigs of trop50 pomegranate blueberry juice to take zyrtec and painkillers if I need them, half a cup of some variety of soup totaling 150 to 200 calories for lunch plus negligible calories in other stuff (the random pretzel, grapes, carrots, hard candies, etc). When I come home for dinner I eat until I feel full, I don't keep track anymore of how much I'm eating for dinner at all. As my stomach shrank I've been unable to eat really all too much. I try to eat a lot of different things for dinner though: a whole apple, orange, banana; half of a rotisserie chicken, a rueben sandwich, an omelette with cheese and onions and peppers, a bowl of potato soup, glass of milk, etc. Throughout the whole day I am drinking copious amounts of water. Sometimes I treat myself to juice or a white chocolate mocha from starbucks.
Well anyway.... Here's an album of pictures. Last pics are in my undies so maybe you wouldn't wanna look at those at work. Be gentle. :( I have struggled with my weight my whole life and to have a handle on it is enchanting to say the least. I'm presently fitting into size 7 jeans and sm/med for tops. I actually enjoy shopping for clothes now.
without further ado... deep breath
