Looking to buy a new car, need your advice

I'm looking to purchase a new car with in the next few weeks (my 98 Tacoma is not doing so well :( poor Bo) and I can not decide on what one to go with. I'm looking for something under $20,000 that has good gas mileage, 30ish combined mpg, and most importantly something that is going to be fun, definitely M/T and preferably a 6 speed.

I know just enough about cars to make my self dangerous, mostly old Mopar and MINI, but almost nothing about newer cars.

Right now I am leaning toward a 2013 Hyundai Accent GLS, cheap for what comes with it and a 6 speed.

So what do you say?

EDIT: For anyone who cares I got the 6 speed 1.4 turbo Chevy Sonic :D
