If you could dine with five of the world's deceased, who would they be and why?

My five:

  1. John Steinbeck-one of my favorite authors. And I would really like to know if my favorite English teacher has any merit when he described the many themes, motifs and symbols in his works.

  2. Jesus Christ- I was raised Catholic but am no longer religious, but it'd be nice to know what happened, ya know?

  3. Sigmund Freud- I feel like he'd bring the party

  4. Benjamin Franklin- With the state of affairs current in this country, I feel as though he'd have some helpful advice. That and he'd be an awesome dinner guest--an inventor-scientist-economist-philosopher-musician? Send his invite.

  5. My grandfather- he would've given anything to meet Jesus.
