Trying to find a somewhat specific kind of keychain, out of ideas of places to look.

I'm looking for a carabiner with webbing and a keyring to use as a keychain. I've looked at SportsChek, a couple engraving stores, dollar stores, etc. Just simple and black (ideally) and not insanely expensive.

The few I have seen are too expensive or don't have the webbing, or come with a water bottle or something like that.

Any ideas of places to look?

This image is from Amazon.com, but I don't want to pay 3x the amount in shipping than for the actual item itself.

EDIT:

Anyone know why I'm getting downvoted so much? The side bar is full of things like "The best X" which came from threads like "Where can I get the best X in Ottawa?" I was looking for ideas on places to find keychains.
