Is it just me or does Ohio State's ranking in the AP poll indicate such obvious bias that it should discredit the poll and its voters?

You can't tell me that an undefeated Ohio State team with wins over three ranked opponents wouldn't have finished first or second in AP voting were it not for their bowl ban. The fact that Ohio State has lurked around the tail-end of the top 10 for the entire season and is now only ranked third, to me, indicates the AP voters are completely biased. They're not judging the team based on its on-field performances. Either you rank them right or exclude them like the Coach's poll did. They ranked them but put them in this weird spot of "you're an undefeated Big 10 team, but you have a bowl ban, so I'm not sure where to rank you."

The fact that voters let outside knowledge of the program, completely unrelated to their on-field play, sway their voting habits will cause me to never really trust the AP poll again after this season.

P.S. I'm not an Ohio State or Big 10 fan.
