Pipo Max M1 or Vido N90 Retina

I'm want to buy my sister a reasonably affordable 10" tablet for xmas. Currently I'm looking at the PiPo Max M1 or the Vido N90 Retina. Which is better? Does anyone have any experience with either? Are there any better tablets out there for this price(<= €250)? I'm living in Ireland which rules out the Nexus 10. Thanks in advance!
