Male asian sidecut? (Filipino?) Good looking, or just horribly bad?

Soo, I'm thinking of getting a sidecut, but I want to know; Have you ever seen a male asian(preferably filipino), with a sidecut before? I have never.

I'm half filipino(mostly looking like one too..) so take that to account.

Does anyone have any pictures related to this? If so I'd be interested to see :)
