Please help with trade. My Ellis + Cousins for his Conley + Asik

Should i offer this trade? i feel like im really low on 3's and ellis and cousins are killing my FG%. I am going to be giving up a lot of points and my Ft will go down, but my FG% will go way up, assists will go up a little and my blocks will go up while steals should remain the same. Do you think i am giving up too much? Also i feel like the bucks are stacked with players now with the emergence of Sanders and the Kings are just a mess with anyone being the No. 1 option on any given night. Please give your 2 cents :)
