United Nations custom database - Reddit's input

Hello fellow redditors,

I've been crafting a custom database to play on FM13 for a while now and it has been getting quite elaborate. Basically the idea was to have a world league with teams from all over the world. There are quite a few custom DBs like that for other FM games, the main difference with my database is that I'm making the teams from scratch and I would like them to start off fairly similar in a lot of ways, and mostly generated players.

Basically the teams will follow a sort of template (especially the teams not in the first division) where all teams start off with similar financial situation, similar reputation and infrastructure. From this template each team will get "perks" if you will, where each will get 2 perks (maybe 3 if I decide that there are enough perks available), which are areas that the team will be better than the template. For instance one team may have an improved training facility and a bigger stadium, while another team may have a wonderkid and more starting cash.

Right now I have it so that the main league replaces the Swiss league and accomodates the top 20 teams, I started off by having these teams be somewhat based on other real life teams in terms of their stats. Then in the lower division I currently have 27 teams already added, however I planned the league to have 48, I'm trying to keep the numbers in a way so during a season there are a reasonable number of games, yet still room for cups that I will add later, on top of the Champions League.

However, after I saw "IvanTheGood" post asking reddit for input, I figured that would be a really fun way to add teams, and maybe get club names to look more realistic as it is difficult for me to think of realistic dutch team names for example, without being dutch or knowing the language.

So I would like to ask input from you guys on teams for the following:

Team name (Try to keep them "realistic" if possible)

Homecity

Chairman or Manager (optional if you want to add yourself in my league, I don't mind if you want to chose stats as well, even if they are high)

Kit colours

Perks

Any other personalized bit you would want, but keep it reasonable so that the team levels stay balanced.

Right now the perks I have are: Reputation, Stadium capacity, Star captain, Wonderkid, improved training facility, improved youth facility, improved recruitment, improved youth coaching, fanbase.

feel free to suggest some more perks, I would love to add more.

Edit1: The league right now has 3 promotion spots from the bottom division. The bottom division will eventually have 4 groups of 12? teams, where 32 move onto a playoff series that will define the 3 promoted clubs.

Edit3: The DB is technically filled out with 76 teams, but if there are some more entries I might start considering editing already existing teams, especially if entries are for different countries from other people
