Why is Henry named for her dad? [Spoilers if not through majority of season 1]

It just crossed my mind. The Queen sent everyone to our world to live in misery because Snow unintentionally led to her lovers death. She willingly took her Dad's life to do this. Is Henry named for him as an apology for that, and the whole thing was done for her love? What do you think?
