going back to school for Geology next semester and I'm looking for advice!

Hello all!

Some background info: I graduated with a BA in History a few years ago with the intention of becoming a social studies teacher. After some graduate school for education and unsuccessfully applying for other jobs, I realized that teaching is not for me.

Now that I'm older and more level headed I have a better idea of what I want out of a career.

I plan on taking this new degree very seriously when it comes to studying, field trips, field work, labs, etc. but since I was a BA student I was not required to take many science and math courses so it's been a bit of a while since I've taken such a class. I guess I'm looking for suggestions for some preliminary studying before I start this new journey but I'm not sure where to start! Thank you all in advance!!
