Looking for high level streams or games to watch

I'm relatively new to the game and I'd like to see how people who are actually good at this play. Anyone got any suggestions for well-respected streams to watch or places to watch full games?

Also: Is spectator mode in the pipeline at all? I didn't see it on the roadmap.
