Disc repair in Troy?

I have a copy of Final Fantasy VII I've been playing on my roommate's PS3 which keeps freezing at the same spot. Is there somewhere in Troy I can take this to get the disc resurfaced? I've tried calling a few Gamestops but they don't do disc repair.
