[Help Request] 0.18 on Linux?

Hello everyone!

I am trying to install 0.18 using wine on my Ubuntu but the patcher is not working properly, giving me the error "...partial response ... try again in five minutes..."

I have been trying many many many times always giving the same result. Any help? Thanks!
