Question about I/L AM build

I haven't played Maple in ages (before Big Bang), and there seems to be A LOT of changes. I know the I/L AM playstyle previously (go to <forgot mob name>, spam ult) has changed, so I'm pretty lost as to how to build my mage now.

When I logged back in I found all of my SP reset and I also have a full AP reset scroll.

At the moment I'm level 138, and lukless. Is 4 base luk still viable? I'm a bit worried about putting points into things now, I don't want to mess anything up. I found a build on basilmarket (Comprehensive I/L Guide), but I'm not quite sure if it's current.

There's also something called Tempest(?) that has apparently changed things.

Any advice you guys could give me would be great.
