[Build Help] Dual monitor question

I am building a pc for my mother to use, she is a really light user. Mainly she is going to be using this for internet, and to remote into work when she does work from home.

One request she had was to have the ability to have dual monitors. I have been looking at the AMD processors with a graphics chip built in. I was wondering if they will do dual monitors if you get a motherboard that has two video outputs?

Would a combo like this do dual video output? Or do I need to go with an external video card?
