After the meditation, the real life.

I just want to say...

Don't get to mixed up in pacificity, enlightenment, in using meditation as avoidance of feelings, thoughts and life, thinking meditation someday will make life complete, without worries or fears(This will not happen, that is a myth) U might say u don't do that, but i have a feeling a lot of people do this, subconsciensly.

It's not about reaching enlightenment, it's about living enlightend right now. Insight from mediation does not last, it fades, so do less meditation in your room and more in real life. Get you insight from life. And use meditation as a tool to stay grounded in that life. But don't let it take over you're life.

Really be with the people you know, enjoy your life, this beautiful world, engage in politics, in justice, be active, in this world, because this is your time and this world at this time needs u to participate. Do what is important for u and your friends, your neighbourhood and your planet.

U could say it's actually easier to become a monk, than living the real family life in the real world. Because that is really hard, being true to ourselves, knowing our life isn't perfect, and it never will be, but it's what we have to deal with. Sitting in a monastery actually is avoidance of the world and of family relationships. Sometimes i find these "masters" to be just as deluded than everybody else.

Particpate in life in your own time to the fullest, don't get to stuck in old rituals and delusion that years of culture have brought upon buddhism itself. Although they can be useful, there just all fingers pointing to the real practice. the practice of life itself, and why not practice that more?

Use ur meditation to live now, don't wait for enlightenment, because it's here right now, and it just means being (and yes also) DOING the best u can in your life for yourself and everybody else. Don't get caught up in the enlightenment delusion.

This is the hard work. But it is the only true job we have to do.
