Cover contest ?

My brother often uses r/drums and was telling me how they've have started doing a contest where they set a theme and you have to link a video/soundcloud of you covering something of that theme (this time it is Christmas song.) So I was wondering if anyone in here would support the idea of r/guitar having the same type of contest ?
