Anequina and Pelletine Orientation as of TES:V?

Relatively small question, but I can't figure this one out myself and it'd be a handy thing to know for roleplaying purposes.

I know that as of 4E 115, Elsweyr has been split into Anequina and Pelletine by the Thalmor. What I'm not clear on is which one is north and which one is south!

See, one of the in-game books says "Senchal, Anequina (modern day Elsweyr)", and Senchal is in the south of Elsweyr. however, the Pocket Guide to the Empire has a map showing Anequina to encompass the northern half of the country.

Which way round do they go?
