I created a free forum for recent and expecting fathers in my hometown

I wanted a place to share notes with other Recent, Expecting and Veteran fathers. I also wanted to look into the deeper questions related to fatherhood. It didn't exist so I created it.

Here is a brief outline of what we covered. Maybe you will want to answer the questions for yourself.

Greeting Name. When, where and how did you have your child? Or, if expecting, what is your plan for how it will go?

Had/Have you spent time holding an infant? If you had never spent time holding an infant how long did it take until you mastered it?

Where are you at with Fatherhood? (What is growing you? Stretching you? Challenging you?)

I am the son-of, who is the son-of, who is the son-of, who is the son-of, lineage exercise. State your first and last name, your father's, your grandfather's, and so on as far as you know. What does your specific lineage and relationship to your father, grandfather, great grandfather etc mean to you as it relates to Fatherhood?

One thing that I will definitely do as a father. Based on the questions, What did your Father do right that you will carry forward? What will you do differently than your father?

One strength about me that I know will help my child. Name your inherent strengths and special attributes that will help you succeed as a Father.
